Hello....again
Well, here I go again. I have been successful using mfp several time before. I have two choices.... either be depressed because I am here again or thankful to have the tools necessary to help me be successful. I choose to be POSITIVE :) I need all the help/accountability I can get so feel free to add me as a friend:smile:

Elliptical Programs?
What program do you feel gives the best results on the elliptical? I have been using the weight loss interval program but I was wondering if one of the others might be better.

jogging vs eliptical
I have been a regular runner/jogger for about a year now but I am not liking what is happening to my calf muscles. They are continuing to get larger while I am not seeing much change at all in my upper leg muscles. I have swapped to primarily the eliptical because I was told it worked more on the upper leg.
