Elliptical Programs?

What program do you feel gives the best results on the elliptical? I have been using the weight loss interval program but I was wondering if one of the others might be better.

    I always do Intervals of some sort... if you read about HIIT you'll see that will give you the best "burn" for your time.

    I just quick start mine. No intervals. I try to stay within 5 to 5.5 mph on level 6 or 7 for 65 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown. I usually burn between 800-900 calories that way, depending on how fast my legs are willing to move that day.

    I don't worry about interval training... I worry about my heart rate while on the elliptical. So long as I'm in my correct zone for what I'm trying to do, I just keep going at whatever resistance and pace I'm at.
