Elliptical trainer...will it make my thighs look bulky??
So I am on this weight loss journey and walk 5 days a week and want to add to my calorie burn. I own an elliptical and wonder if daily use will make my thighs look bulky. I am pear shaped and that's where my weight falls so what's the best thing to do here? Thanks in advance for input!!!!

Nutri ninja and weight loss. Anyone?
I actually do weight watchers and add my calories on MFP. I recently bought a Nutri ninja and love how I feel with the natural juices with pulp I might add. Does anyone do this and is so how does it affect your weight loss and calories without adding every single ingredient up??
