How do you go from bulking to shredding? How often do you do it and how?
So, once a person has gained their desired muscle; they go into shred mode? Or do you shred every 6 months while maintaining? How do you shred without losing muscle? Same weight, same reps while shredding? Lower weight, higher reps while shredding? Thanks

I pick facial fillers. haha What is your optimal body fat percentage for your face to look healthy? Mine is like 30% bc once I hit 40, my face became very gaunt even at 22%. I am now about 19% body fat with fillers in my face. It looks really natural too; people never guess I've done fillers. So I have picked both :wink:

Daily calorie intake INSANE!!!
I am 42, 5'8", 127 lbs, 18% BF. I workout 4 X week and work HARD. 35 min cardio, Pilate's, weights...squats, etc. Fitness Pal says I need to eat 2060 cals a day.
