8 hour eating plan. Thoughts?
I've been doing is for a week and am down 3 pounds. My only negative is I have been getting horrible gas and discomfort after my last meal at 6. Can't figure it out. I'm eating all the same things. Losing Weight frustrated
Just looking for some input: I am struggling to lose weight. I am currently training for a marathon. I eat 1800-2000 calories a day, unless I train. I have one day a week I dont count calories. I just cant seem to loose. I will loose a few one week and gain it back the next.
