8 hour eating plan. Thoughts?

I've been doing is for a week and am down 3 pounds. My only negative is I have been getting horrible gas and discomfort after my last meal at 6. Can't figure it out. I'm eating all the same things. Actually probably healthier with all the 8 power foods. I don't know if my stomach got smaller and eating a size able meal is stressing it out or what, but it sucks!
