Howdy! From Houston tx!, any other Texans in here? Where do you like to workout amor stay active?
I do Bootcamp and kickboxing twice a week. I am guessing a 500 cal burning in 60min. Is that close enough?
Very curious to know if it works and what kind of diet needs to be followed?

Suddenly I had a craving for ice cream!! And for the first time in my life I enjoyed eating it without having that guilty voice on the back of my head telling me what are you doing?? Still had a lot of calories to eat so why not! :tongue:
I would really loooove to achieve it! I just don't know...Doing workout 3x a week and really watching what I eat. I have a baby and a toddler so they keep me busy. I'm drinking a cup of green tea a day, would that help? I read it helps with something...lol I'm so tempted to buy diet pills!!!! :ohwell:
