200mg Caffeine pill before cardio?
Hey all, I have been taking 200mg of caffeine pills before I do cardio. I do this about 3 days a week. I find that it gives me more energy to work out and makes my workouts last longer and more intense. My question is - is this a dangerous habit? When I drink - I binge.
I find that I do really well until I start drinking alcohol. Even a couple of drinks will make me feel a huge urge to binge. When I put in all my stats on this website it says I should be eating 1380 a day. I put that I am lightly active (I work out 20 mins 5x a week). Should I be eating 1380 even on days that I am NOT working out?
