I just started the Ripped in 30 program today. Im tryin to keep track of how many calories I burn. Does anyone know around about how many calories you burn for each workout?
Does anyone take a fat burner? Like hydroxycut or anything? And what do you guys recommend as far as which ones work best?

I do good for a few days with exercising and making sure to eat healthy but then I get lazy and quit for a few days, then I start up again.
