Im tryin to find some healthy one or 2 serving dessert recipes. All the ones I ever find are for 6 or 8 servings. If you guys have any links or your own recipes, I'd love it if you'd share! Thanks!

Here are a few things that I like: (no recipes, just quick desserts)

    sugar free jello
    fat-free/sugar-free chocolate pudding
    (light wipped topping)
Vita Muffin-deep chocolate Vita Tops---yummy warm with a little whip topping or ice cream
Guilt Free Ice Cream (no sugar added)

Just some quick fixes when I get a sweet tooth.
If you mix the pudding with whip topping, it makes a nice chocolate mousse.

Hope these give you some ideas.

Someone on here recommended the fiber one yogurts put in the freezer - like an ice cream. I use the peach one and man is that good.

    Other ideas:
Slice a banana and add some sugar-free caramel sauce.

Banana with some vanilla yogurt, grape nuts, and fat-free, sugar-free chocolate sauce.

And one I do for the kids (this mkes several servings but it keeps for a while). Take a container of sugar free cool whip and add some sliced pears and some sugar free lime jello (just dump the powder in). Mix and refrigerate.
