Is there a group on here? I need help - lost 80 in 2 yrs then gained 40 in 3 months
It took two years to lose 80 pounds, then I quit walking and logging food and gained 40 pounds in three MONTHS. Help !!! can anyone suggest a group on here or any suggestions please. Edit: I should mention, I started at 282 lbs, got down to 198 (my lowest in June of this year) now back up to 241 lbs. YIKES !!!

Challenge till May 31 - 1to2 hr walk & stay under 1800 cals
So I've decided to walk 1 to 2 hours every day and stay under 1800 cals. I will report in daily. Anyone else, feel free to do the same - join in anytime before May 31, 2014.

Any females 210 lbs wanting to get to about 165?
I'm 212, trying to get to 165. Looking for accountability, checking in, reporting what my exercises have been, encouraging each other, etc. Anyone else looking for accountability too?
