lean body mass vs body fat %
I'm confused... I am 5.5 1/2 with a BMI of 27.5 and weigh 213... normal weight range for my height is 112-145... so I set my goal for weight loss to <140 and have a net calorie of 1260... but then I do 2 different lean body mass calculations.. one based on body fat % and the other based on my weight and body measurements…
