lean body mass vs body fat %

I'm confused... I am 5.5 1/2 with a BMI of 27.5 and weigh 213... normal weight range for my height is 112-145... so I set my goal for weight loss to <140 and have a net calorie of 1260... but then I do 2 different lean body mass calculations.. one based on body fat % and the other based on my weight and body measurements and both said my lean body mass is 154lb and that for 20% body fat I should aim for 183 and that may calorie intake to lose weight should be 2096... so do I aim for 140 or 180? I'm kind of doubtful because while I was considered average at 180 before I gained weight I was a 9 juniors so I wasn't exactly skinny
