57 inch waist to 39 inch waist. 335 pounds to 235 pounds. I still have some fat to lose, but this isn't a bad milestone for a 10-based society.
And I weighed 1.4 pounds less this morning than on Thanksgiving morning. Should I eat even more today, stay the same, or cut back?
Memorial Day will be here before you know it. Usually we smoke brisket and ribs. We also have potato salad, pea salad, baked beans, fruit salad, homemade vanilla ice cream, and peach cobbler with the last of the canned peaches from the summer before. Anyone have any good ideas for approaching all of this calorie-dense food…
