57 inch waist to 39 inch waist.

335 pounds to 235 pounds.

I still have some fat to lose, but this isn't a bad milestone for a 10-based society.

    Nothing in particular. Almost all diet, some from walking more.My understanding is that your body decides from where it will shed the fat and you're just along for the ride.

    I think the overwhelming majority of my fat was on my midsection -- I mean, look at the "before" picture, how could it not have been -- so that's where it came off, for the most part.
