do suppliments work?
As I get older, I seem to be taking more and more pills. First it was a multivitamin. then came the anti-oxidant blend of A, C and E. then was added a B-12 complex. then, calcium chews and D-3. Now, I've added CoQ10, PQQ, Omega-3, EFA (a different blend of omega 3?), a separate vitamin E, a Probiotic, a Glutathione…
