Shame about lack of exercise. What do I do?
Does anyone else who can't exercise the same as what you see others do due to whatever reason it may be (injury, disability, health ect) get exercise shame? What do you do to stay motivated and remind yourself that just cause you can't run or move in the same way as an 'average person' it doesn't mean you've failed?

MFP calories doesnt match the packaging.
So I got some goats cheese today, the packaging says 30g is 67Cals. However, when I scanned the bar code it said 97 cals for 30g. Now I know this isnt a huge lift but on other items its dont the same and the lifts have been bigger, plus all these little ones can add up and put me over my cal limit. Again, once in a while…
