Thank you. I think fast pace walking for 40 mins would be my limit, but a good place to start and push myself. Again if not I know how to adjust so its effective but not over doing it for myself and I have a good goal to go for now! Thanks again :)

After maintaining a strong time I'm fairly happy with this. Undoing damage I did with some unhealthy choices but still loosing at a sensible rate :) 2.9lbs to go. I'm SO determined OW: 143 (was 210 first time on this) CW: 139 W1:139 W2: 136.9 FG: 134 UG: 120/126 Total Feb loss:2.1

I'm disabled too so rely heavily on diet only loss. I gain so much during my periods but tent to easily loose it once km off again. Sometimes it's two steps forward and one step back in these things. But that's still moving forward at the end of the day :)

I wouldn't say I eat clean all the time. I have a balance. This week hasn't been a great week! Lots of socal events, staying late at work and snacking ect means I probably won't looseanf MIGHT gain. I have NO idea why but when people put 'no?' at the end of a sentence. Eg: 'surely she meant Tom not David, no?' there honestly isn't a good reason why it makes me annoyed. I just read it as arrogant and pompous, even when I know that that's not who the person is.
