Notes: I had a lot of pizza and chocolate this weekend (man I need to stay away from those girl scout cookies) so this is encouraging that I still lost a bit . This week I plan to not go ham when Friday rolls around lol and treat myself to a semi-healthy meal instead, maybe like chipotle or something. Also plan to meal prep a greek yogurt alfredo and some chili for dinner meals during the week. Cheers for February almost being over!3 -

Happy Daytona Day, everyone!
Well, it was til my driver wrecked out... Chase Elliott...
Excited to be going to the race next weekend.
We are getting nice weather here, so I did some fishing and some yard work this weekend. Looking forward to more outdoor time as winter winds down here in Georgia.
Saw a new daily low yesterday of 204.4, and popped back up again. That is my pattern so it's a good thing. It's when nothing changes that I am stuck. I just lose really slowly.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
January 22nd to January 28th: 206.5
January 29th to February 4th: 205.6
February 5th to February 11th: 205.9
February 12th to February 18th: 205.6
Loss for February: 0.9 lbs.

Yessss!! I think I can do this. Was a little discouraged in the beginning of the month. I’ve been working hard. Cut out 90 percent of junk from my diet and I also started a boot camp this week. So on Mondays Wednesday’s and Fridays I have one boot camp class and one fitness classand tuesdays and Thursdays I have just the boot camp class. I feel motivated now!2 -

I have no idea?! The body does what it wants, I guess? My edema has made my weight-loss difficult this week. So, I've been wrapping me feet and legs in compression bandages and elevating them too. Hope this will do the trick and get rid of the excess water (and salt).2 -
