2/16: 196. This is the day I had to weigh in early as we are now down in Myrtle Beach. I stepped on the scale about 20 mins after waking up, so I consider this still a night weight as I typically weigh in 1-3 hours after waking up, (something I learned from when I went to a weight loss facility). I decided to weigh myself that afternoon when I got home from work to see if I was up or down. After consuming my lunch, snacks and 48oz of water I was the same, so I was happy. So although the number is up a little,. I need to remember this isn’t my true weight. Let’s hope I can do better on vacation!

I will have to weigh in early next week as we leave for a road trip to Myrtle Beach. Going to stick to plan as best as possible. Let’s hope good choices, walking and my trip to Aruba in July will be enough to keep the weight from climbing back on!1 -

Notes: I had a lot of pizza and chocolate this weekend (man I need to stay away from those girl scout cookies) so this is encouraging that I still lost a bit . This week I plan to not go ham when Friday rolls around lol and treat myself to a semi-healthy meal instead, maybe like chipotle or something. Also plan to meal prep a greek yogurt alfredo and some chili for dinner meals during the week. Cheers for February almost being over!3 -

Happy Daytona Day, everyone!
Well, it was til my driver wrecked out... Chase Elliott...
Excited to be going to the race next weekend.
We are getting nice weather here, so I did some fishing and some yard work this weekend. Looking forward to more outdoor time as winter winds down here in Georgia.
Saw a new daily low yesterday of 204.4, and popped back up again. That is my pattern so it's a good thing. It's when nothing changes that I am stuck. I just lose really slowly.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
January 22nd to January 28th: 206.5
January 29th to February 4th: 205.6
