Yes! Thank you! I had started to slow down big time and was plateauing. Just the fact of sharing this information with others has held me more accountable. I found the January challenge, joined, hit my 52 pound mark, found Onderland again and lost 7.6 pounds in January alone (after taking about 2-3 months lately to lose that much) and still have a few days left in January to try for a little more!9

I'd like to join! I've been using MFP for several years but I'm New to the forum area. I'm learning that nothing changes if we don't change in our thinking. One of my biggest fears is sharing my numbers- so I'll be joining the challenge to get me out of my comfort zone!12

Hello every one my starting weight was 216lbs my weigh in today is 210lbs I am not one too exercise loosing 5lbs is a big challenge one too push me a bit I do not wish too put stress on my self so i will shoot for 2.5 lbs but will not be disappointed if i loose 55

Everybody good luck. 5 pound increments is so much easier to do then looking at the whole picture. I need to lose 60 pounds. Looking at 60 is so discouraging but 5 pounds is not so hard to handle.

What I do to save myself looking for my last update is I fill it out on my notes in my phone and add to it each week then copy and paste it on here
