I'm doing this through diet only at the start so i'm not expecting massive losses but its better than nothing! (lost loads a few years ago then piled it all back on didn't i heh!) i'm in the uk so trying to convert the measurements is a nightmare!

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Changing up my food routine a bit to try to get some things moving again. The scale number has been very slow to move, but clothing is looser, I think I look thinner (I don't measure anything but my weight.)
Eager for warm weather to come so I can play outside more. Georgia winters aren't terrible but there isn't a whole lot of fun things to do when it's cold and rainy. Been going fishing the last few weekends, not exactly cardio... but it's outside in the fresh air and I love it.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
January 22nd to January 28th: 206.5
January 29th to February 4th: 205.6
Loss for February: 0.9 lbs. That's a lot for me in a week, actually.
MFP Loss: 27.4 lbs.
Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 37.4 lbs.
