I had a doctors appointment yesterday an was told I needed to loose 10% of my body weight in 12 weeks, not the best news to hear but I've taken it on as a challenge, so I need to lose 21 lbs in 12 weeks, anybdy else want to join me? Xx

ive seen a lot of posts on mfp about these dvds but was wondering what do i log it as? cardio or just walking? im reading this as i type and realise its a stupid question but what does everybody else log it as on here?

so far ive miscalulated my calories and only have enough for homemade soup for dinner then i'll have to burn around 150 cal on top of my 240 daily burn! oops!! hows everyone else doin? xx

x train fit at home
hey :smile: has anybody completed this plan? what kind of results did you get? i bought it a couple of months ago with every intentions of doing it but gave up after day 3.....the shame :embarassed: have to do it this time...even if its at a slower pace than on the dvd!!

i just want back into my jeans!! is that too much to ask!!!
anybody else n this situation? i mean im being realistic and i know that im never gonna have a bikini body but the amount of pairs of jeans in my wardrobe that i cant get into im like AAAAAAARGH!!! WHAT THE HEL HAVE I DONE!! it wasnt that long ago i bought them!! sorry for the rant xx
