Hey guys how's everyone getting on? Having an early weigh in coz I'm busy tomorrow but managed to lose 5lbs this week ( I'd say a lot of that is water weight but still, quite happy with that!) Still a crazy long way to go but we'll get there! Xx

So what do you guys do for exercise? I'll admit I'm not a lover of the gym and feel the only thing that leaves me not feeling as if I'm gonna die is walking so my target for this week is an hours walking a day, has to be done! Best of luck!

Well done! I'm on day one and making a habit of logging what I eat ( and being honest about it haha!) But I also have to get my blood sugars powers as I have a glucose tolerance test in 2 weeks, so next Saturday I will log what I weigh on this post, let's get this party started!

nah i dont think its rude at all!! another thing you could do is maybe is order a half portion of a main meal and bulk it up with salad or maybe have a veggie soup? whatever you do, enjoy your meal and good luck with reaching your goal!

its soo frustrating! i started trying to lose weight and lost 28lbs in about 3 months, slow and steady, but then it crept back on now im back at my heaviest! it was going great! my blood pressure was normal and there was also talk of refucing/stopping the medication then BOOM! back to square 1 :(

hey, heres what ive been doing today, if i think i gonna do a fridge raid i get up and walk, even if its back and forth in the living room (which ive been doing today) and time yourself, and log how long you walked for..its amazing how much calories can be burned even if its 5 mins!!!:smile: im hoping that is gonna help me…
