    Brilliant, so my calorie burn is based on logging exercises on MVP, started the programme properly on Tuesday and I must say my calorie burn is pretty shameful but hey, gotta start somewhere right?here goes....

    Tuesday: 168
    Wednesday: 114
    Thursday: 171
    Friday: 75 ⬅embarrassed to even put that down!
    Saturday: 416

    Total so far is 944,

    Starting Monday I would love a total weekly burn of 2500, better get a move on!

    That is the purpose this challenge! To help us push ourselves to MOVE more! :smile: No reason to be embarrassed at all. I did not reach my 2500 goal last week. If I were not doing this challenge I would not be pushing myself and of course my new FitBit helps too. I just added calorie burn to the challenge this year.

    944 for a newbie is awesome! You will be surprised how easy it is to burn 2500 cal when you are keeping track of it.
