Hello, My BMR- 1306 and BMI is 19.7 . Age - 24, Female. My fat % is 25 :( and my weight is 54.5 kgs. So being under weight i have high amout of fat %. I want to achieve an ideal weight with right fat %. Could anyone please help me out here? would really appreciate.. Thanks, Shil
