Please explain
Ok so a calorie deficit = weight loss and exercise = health and fitness...right? That is what I am getting from the message boards. But surely exercise helps us to lose weight a little faster right? I mean you do burn calories in cardio and lifting.

When did you start to notice a physical difference in your weight loss? I took a after pic (after about 30lbs of weight lost) and found it to be discouraging.
