I don't understand the whole "calorie deficit" thing. I'm supposed to burn more calories than I eat to create the deficit. I'm doing yoga on my "rest" days, and I was just wondering if yoga is good for weight loss? It doesn't seem to burn that many calories, so it would seem I would need to eat a whole lot less to make it work for me if I only wanted to do yoga.
I just finished day 2 of Beach Body's Combat program. I've had it for at least a year, lol, and the last time I started it I ended up injuring myself and had to see a chiropractor lol. Is anyone else dating Combat? I would love to hear from others who are, or have been successful with it. :)
