You've got this! I log everything right before I eat, which can be inconvenient for my husband apparently, haha, but I do it so it can be as accurate as possible. Sugar is a tough one. My husband was a heavy sugar addict, and soda drinker, but he was able to get over it when he started fasting regularly for his arthritis.…

I have a Pilates machine, but I didn't really enjoy Pilates as much. :) I do enjoy yoga though :smile:

I've been really paying attention and making sure I accurately log everything. I'm definitely hitting 1000 cal now lol. :) I really enjoy doing yoga on my "rest days". It really seems to help with muscle soreness. I think I'm going to do some yoga right now...lol.

Jessie I just saw this comment. On mobile, If you click on someone's name, then click on it again on the next screen that pops up, you will see their profile. On the right side there should be a little person looking thing (haha) and if you click click on that you can add them.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for about 8 months now. Im not doing that with exercise. I wish you all the best! I don't know that I could do 24 hours, haha. I usually do 17:7. My husband does 18:6.

Welcome Whitney! I was misdiagnosed with hypothyroidism. Took meds for it for over two years before I got a new doctor who thinks it was a misdiagnosis. :( It's pretty frustrating, since now I'm working out again and doc is weaning me off the thyroid medication to see if I actually need it. And now I'm tired all the time…

I'm averaging about 300 cal a day when I'm not on a rest day. :) I definitely haven't been relying on biting cal to lose weight, but I am definitely trying to get fit and not "skinny fat". :) Thank you all for your comments. :)

I seriously put them in my smoothies. I do all veggies in my smoothies. Sometimes I even juice them. :) I am actually not sure if I have ever ate them cooked...haha.
