I would love to lift! I'm currently doing a sixty day program that is pretty intense, so I'm only doing yoga with it. I intend to start lifting once I've completed the program though! Can I add you anyways? Haha!

That's kind of what I thought, lol. I am currently going through some DOMS, so the yoga felt amazing. I didn't think it would help to only do yoga when I'm trying to lose weight.

I am not using a scale, just scanning barcodes and adding servings. I also use whatever MFP says about calories burned for whatever workout I do. :/

I used to use a tabatta app, and do intervals with it. That was a really awesome recommendation!

Body Combat is awesome!! I just finished day two and I'm super pumped about it. I think there are combat videos on YouTube. Otherwise you can buy the DVDs on eBay or Amazon. It was a Beach Body program, but I'm not sure if they sell it anymore.

Also, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. You should be measuring rather than weighing. I'm a fellow Combat program user, also. :smile:

I apologize for being rude. For me, convenience isn't really a factor, because it's kind of a mess to prep and clean after juicing, lol. My husband and I juice almost every day, and eat very little meat. :smile: He has seen a significant drop in weight. He also walks a lot. We both really just enjoy juicing (and blending) because it is far easier to drink 5-8 servings of veggies than it is to eat them, haha.

The OP created this thread looking for others who love juicing. No claims were made that juicing was better than any other way of consuming veggies. If you are not of like mind, why bother commenting?? This thread obviously wasn't directed towards you.
