I know everyone is different but when I set my goals on mfp to 1 pound a week I get 1800 cals a day. I also plan on eating half of my exercise calories back. Anyone had success with this ? I would like to lose 30-40 lbs. Thank you for reading

Hi I am still quite new on my MFP journey. I weigh 188 lbs and I'm 5ft 11. I am eating 1600 calories a day and getting to the gym 3-4 times a week doing les mills body combat and body pump.
