Confused weight loss calculators 5'11 weigh 190 pounds

Hi there I know there are people out there who can work this out for me. My height is 5ft 11. I currently weigh 190 pounds. Ideally I would like to lose 30 pounds. I try to exercise 3-4 times a week doing combat and body pump but want to eat back (half) of my calories as sometimes due to childcare I can't make the gym.
How many calories should I allow per day ?
Thank you. Forgot to say I am a primary school teacher so a fairly sedentary job but not completely and I'm 41

Scooby's Workshop is awesome for helping you find it!

    http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

Edit: After putting your stats in...it looks like you'd want to do around 1650 or more. If you know your body fat percentage (not BMI) you can get a little more detailed!

2nd Edit: For perspective. I'm 5'9" and I'm eating 1800/day (not eating back exercise calories as I only burn about 200-300/day!)

I am 5,10.5, I am goaled at 1450 calories per day while also trying to eat back half the calories I work off. I did a ton of research online to figure BMR, TDEE, etc. IIFYM.com has several calculators to help you figure it and explain why. I am a big advocate for heavy lifting to help burn calories all of the time with some cardio. What and how much you eat is the biggest factor in weight lose though. Good luck!

Add: I could eat up to 1800 or so calories and still lose weight, just more slowly. And maintenance will be about 2000-2100 per day.

You should use the tools that MFP provide. With that amount to lose, I would set my goal at a pound a week. Do not go with 1200 number that so many people like, it is too low at your height. I am guessing around 1600 a day. But that is a guess.

Primary school teacher would be considered a pretty active job I think since you are mostly on your feet and moving around throughout the day.

I second using scoobies calculator, play with it see what values it gives you.

Another one to try would be this

    http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html

Just as an example using the above and saying that you rest for 10 hours, do very light activity for 11.5 hours, light activity for 2 hours and moderate activity for 0.5 hours. I get your BMR at 1610, your activity at 670 so your TDEE at 2280. That means you'd have to eat 2280 to maintain your weight so if, for example, you wanted to lose 1 pound a week that is a deficit of 500 calories a day which would mean you would want to eat 1780 per day.
