Am I pushing too hard?
I'm doing the 30 day shred (level 2 yay!) and sometimes I find myself unable to catch my breath (hyperventilating?) and my heart is literally racing. Hair tip for those with long hair
I normally HATE dealing with my long hair when it's time to exercise. Having tailbone length hair means I have to braid it to keep it from tangling and use hair ties that pull, sag and fall out.
