Hi everyone im new to this. So i went to the gym today and burned 1100 calories! I am allowed to eat 1200 calories a day. I see that it says "calories remaining 2300" so my question is : if i burned 1100 calories i am allowed to eat 2300 instead of 1200 for the day? Thanks i really appreciate your help!:smile:
