clean protein bars
Hey everyone...i have a hard time finding protein bars that arent crazy high in carbs and fat and arent packed with dairy i prefer to stay away from dairy as it hurts my stomach...ive heard alot about LUNA bars and CLIFF bars would you say these are more meal or snack bars? what are your favorite protein bar of choice…

What do you guys think of the 40-30-30 guideline? 40 percent cabrbs 30 percent fat and 30 percent protein...my trainer has suggested that im not losing weight because of the amount of carbs im eating for dinner because im eating too much they arent burning away and instead im storing them...shes suggesting i try to eat…

Allowed calories for the day
Hey everyone...so I am allowed 1330 cals for the day...to me this seems so low and im struggling to stay within that ...I do work out most days so that usually bumps me up to 1800 calories which is much better. What do you guys think of the number...on non workout days what should i do? any tips are great thanks :)

workout calories
Do you guys eat the extra calories you get from working out or just leave them? I probably burn about 500 calories a day with workouts and im worried if i dont eat at least some of them i might not be getting enough food....what are your thoughts? Thanks

Ive been doing ww for the last 6 months but i feel like i need a change so i hired a personal trainer and joined this site to help track my calories :) I'll be 25 in June and really want to look and feel my best by my bday !
