Ok so am I supposed to eat back my excercise cals on a 1200 calorie diet ? It's only day two I'm confused most people say yes but what if I'm not hungry and still have some left to eat after excercise ?
I am losing just a little over a pound a day is this normal or health ? I am usually satisfied with 1200 calories and don't eat my excercise cals back also I just started like 3 days ago. Tell me ur experience please
