How do I track excercise calories on 30 day shred?
Hi There, I have just started the 30 day shred and done the first 20 minute workout, I was wondering how or what to search for to add it to my excercise diary? I've searched 30 day shred and Jillian Michaels but it comes up with nothing!! Should I just put 1/2 in cardio as aerobics and 1/2 in strenght? Really not sure what…
