How do I track excercise calories on 30 day shred?

Hi There,
I have just started the 30 day shred and done the first 20 minute workout, I was wondering how or what to search for to add it to my excercise diary? I've searched 30 day shred and Jillian Michaels but it comes up with nothing!! Should I just put 1/2 in cardio as aerobics and 1/2 in strenght? Really not sure what to do, thanks for any help!! :-)

    Do you have a HRM? If so, try to track calories burned from it. I recently started to use my HRM on 30DS and realized I'm burning more than what circuit training suggest in here. Now I log it as circuit training but manually enter calories burned. Maybe you are burning more than what MFP suggests too.
