Lose weight?
How can I lose weight? I dance 4 days a week for a total of 6 hours(ballet) . Plus I'll be starting running again. I've been walking each day(1 hour 5 minutes 3.5 miles) once dance ends I'll worry I'll gain weight. Hi I was wondering why you think I should do. Should I lose weight or do you think I am skinny already? My measurements are 5ft3in. 30 in bust,23 inch waist, 19 inch at top thighs an 18 inch in middle. Not sure what my weight is.
