Lose weight?

How can I lose weight? I dance 4 days a week for a total of 6 hours(ballet) . Plus I'll be starting running again. I've been walking each day(1 hour 5 minutes 3.5 miles) once dance ends I'll worry I'll gain weight. I am 5 ft 3 inches and am around 102 lbs. once it ends I want to either walk each day, run each day or do both each day. I am a cashier so I will be standing when I work which I know burns some calories

    To keep from gaining weight, either reduce your calorie intake by the amount you burn in dance, or increase your activity by that amount.. or a combination of both. Choose any activity you wish. Adding some strength training is always a good idea.
