What do you put in your plain, non fat yogurt?
I cannot get the stuff down! I tried putting vanilla extract and granola, to no avail. What do you guys put in yours to make it edible?

Guesstimate for zumba?
I do Zumba 3x/week, and i'm not really sure how many calories I burn, although I do leave there drenched! Any idea how much is burned in a 1 hour class, where there's a 5 min warm-up, and a 5 min cool-down? Thanks!

Need great fig recipes, please
Last year, Whole Foods had what may have been my favorite hot food of all time- figs with goat cheese and bacon. I've been dreaming about them ever since. I bought some figs yesterday as they are finally in season here... would love some great recipes for them...salads, entrees, apps...anything, Thanks! Jodi

Looking for a good/great tasting protein shake
I tried my friends chocolate Shakeology, and I know alot of people rave about it, but I couldn't get more than 2 sips down. I never drink soda...purely a water drinker, so the shake tasted very artificial to me...not a fan of sweeteners. Is there a brand you've tried that actually tastes good? Not looking for meal…

Daily goals and what to eat
So I'm somewhat new to this, and am trying to figure out how to eat on this plan. I have to keep to 1200 calories or below in order to lose around 2 lbs/week.
