I did a re-feed last week after i was feeling a bit weak on back and biceps day, low in energy etc after eating my cutting calories which is at 2040 and hitting my macros consistently for 8-9 weeks.Following week I somehow lost 2 lbs and felt stronger, muscles felt fuller , glycogen levels were up.
