I'm a little confused where I should measure for my waist and hips. I carry at least 95 percent of my weight in my lower stomach so if I try to measure around my hips it's going to be in the measurement. What am I doing wrong?
Mfp has me on 1900 calories a day and I've always stuck to it. I never go over my limit. I exercise every day more so Monday thru Saturday and then just walk on Sunday but I am always doing something. But for some reason I'm gaining weight.

I'm new here and just wanted to get to know some people. I'm 28 with pcos and miserable at my current weight. So far I've lost 17 pounds 14 of which I lost before starting mfp.
