I've got pcos so up until I started trying to lose weight in March it had been about nine months since I had a period but since I've started exercising I've been having one every two weeks. Should I be worried?

This sounds like a question you should ask your doctor.0

I asked my Doc the same question and she said it was good it meant my body was trying to regulate itself. But it sure is a pain in the tush!0

My sister had this same issue and her doctor said you should only worry if you're not having periods. As previously stated, it's a pain in the butt but I wouldn't worry! Double check with your doc for more certainty.0
