Measurements

I'm a little confused where I should measure for my waist and hips. I carry at least 95 percent of my weight in my lower stomach so if I try to measure around my hips it's going to be in the measurement. So I figured I measure there for hips and the smaller part if my stomach for waist cause that's where I wear my jeans. I was trying to use a body fat calculater online though and if I go by those measurements I only have 33 percent body fat which like 30 something percent less than what my scales say and kinda hard to believe since I weigh 342

To correctly measure your waist, stand and place a tape measure around your middle, just above your hipbones. Measure your waist just after you breathe out.0

I had the same question just the other day and used this article as a reference: http://www.webmd.com/diet/waist-measurement0

I measure my waist at the point where it bends when I do a side bend.0
