6 Week Body Makeover
How many of you tried the 6 week body makeover program? I bought it and lost about 6lbs the first week, but it's limiting me A LOT on what I should eat based on my body type (body type A). I'm thinking about going back on the program. Anyone think I should? I need any critique you can give me :)

Lose 30lbs in 2 months.

I'm having a hard time sticking to counting calories.
I've over ate by at least 500 calories these last two days and it's getting harder to completely stick to my goal. Any motivation tips that you've found successful that I might wanna try? Thanks.

I'm in a rut...
I've been stuck around 200-205 for months! Even on a calorie restriction, I can't seem to lose it. I have a feeling I know what it is too...let's just say, what goes in, rarely comes back out =/ I know that's a bit gross, but how can I make it come out at least once a day again?
