So I'm sitting here at my desk at work squeezing my glutes to the beat of my Pandora stations. :laugh: When I worked at a diner my coworker would do calf raises through out her shifts. Do you guys do any exercises at work?
I'm starting my new job tomorrow and I need some healthy, QUICK and filling ideas for lunch. I know that sounds like a bit of a stretch, but I wanna know what you guys take to eat? I'm trying to avoid deli meat. Everything else is game. GO. :smile:
