Hello! I've been on this site for almost 3 weeks now! I have noticed that the more friends I see working out and eating right the more motivated I am! New friends please! :)
So I understand that eating late isn't good, since your metabolism has slowed down and what not. However, I typically go to the gym from 7 - 9 or 10 pm and by the time I get home I feel like I need to eat something. I don't over-indulge. I eat a typical small 300-400 calorie meal. Hey Guys! I was looking for suggestions on healthy alternative recipes for yummy foods! Today I made pita bread pizza, which at only 250 calories was super delicious!! :D I have also looked into making sweet potato french fries. Any suggestions? Please & Thank you! :)
