A newbie questions: Why am I barely losing weight?
I am a newbie, 8th day on my fully raw vegan lifestyle, I barely lost any weight, although my nutrition can't be better, I an not really focus on calorie counting but I eat an average of 1000 calories per day, mostly bananas, dates and salads.
