I have a pretty high resting heart rate and I actually take a beta/alpha blocker to slow it down a bit since I was also experiencing palpitations. Anyone finding it hard to lose weight at the recommended settings of 1 pound per week? It's hard to eat less than that, but weight loss is stalling.
